Performance Characteristics
1. By ultrasonic sealing and cutting.the machine can produce a pyramid(triangle) tea bag with a beautiful bag shape and strong sealing;
2. It uses volumetric automatic quantitative metering, and complete automatic blanking packaging process cooperating with packing machine;
3. It is controlled by PLC and touch screen display which makes the performance more stable and easier to be operated;
4. It is equipped with SMC pneumatic components and Schneider electric appliances to extend the life of the machine;
5. The integration of machine and gas makes the replacement of data without stopping or shutdown;

7. The switch of the hanging label tea bag and the wireless label tea bag can be completed by changing the packaging material;
8. The bag shape of pyramid(triangle) sealing bag and flat(rectangle) back sealing bag can be switched to each other by one-key operation.
